
Elise Doganieri

Elise Doganieri is a ten-time Emmy award-winning producer/director best known for co-creating and executive producing CBS's reality TV juggernaut The Amazing Race. The show has had 103 Emmy nominations and recently premiered its 38th season. Elise's production company also oversees the international versions of the show in Canada, Australia, and Finland.
In addition to The Amazing Race, Elise has executive produced The Quest, a high-concept hybrid series for Disney+, Oprah's Big Give for ABC, Race to The Center of The Earth for National Geographic, to name a few. Doganieri has earned three Producers Guild Awards, a GLAAD Award, and a Television Critics award.
Elise has been a featured speaker at the National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE) conventions and The Event Summit in Sydney, Australia. Ms. Doganieri also had the privilege to speak at the Dynamic Women in Business Conference, at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Prior to Television, Doganieri worked in advertising in both New York and Los Angeles, at Ogilvy & Mather, DDB Needham, and Chiat/Day.
Doganieri also co-founded the New York-based Open-I-Media in 1992, an Internet consulting and design firm that developed strategies, interactive solutions, and design for several Fortune 500 companies.
Elise attended FIT, earning her Bachelor's of Fine Art in Advertising Design in 1990. In 2006, FIT honored her with the Marvin Feldman Award, recognizing achievement in business and technology.

Natalie first entered the reality TV world as a cast member on the 18th season of Big Brother, quickly becoming a fan favorite. She made history soon after as the first female crossover from another network to join MTV’s The Challenge, solidifying her reputation as a fierce competitor and multidimensional personality.
Before becoming a recognized face in the digital creator space, Natalie launched her career in professional sports as an NFL cheerleader for the New York Jets. She went on to work with the Madison Square Garden Company and the Garden of Dreams Foundation, where she contributed to community outreach and nonprofit initiatives—fueling her lifelong commitment to philanthropy.
A proud dog mom to her beloved pup Papi, Natalie continues to inspire her community through her platform—sharing a balanced, healthy lifestyle and using her voice to uplift causes close to her heart.
