The FIT Film + Media Screening Series will be hosting a screening of the documentary, Stonewall Uprising, A True Story of Riot and Rebellion, presented as part of FIT's LGBTQ+ History Month programming.
FIT alumni are invited to a networking mixer before the screening to meet with fellow Alums and others working in the film and media industry. After the film, directors Kate Davis and David Heilbroner will take questions from the audience for a lively discussion of LGBTQ+ history and the film's role in portraying the event. We will have the honor of being joined by community elders and Stonewall veterans from the NYC Edie Windsor Center.
