What is the FIT Foundation?

As the primary fundraising arm for FIT, the FIT Foundation supports and celebrates fearless innovation, inclusivity, and unabashed creativity. Serving as a bridge between donors and FIT’s schools, departments, and programs, the Foundation strives to inspire and empower the vibrant community of FIT friends, students, alumni, faculty, and industry leaders.

Is my donation tax deductible?

FIT Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We'll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation.

How can I receive a copy of my tax receipt?

You will receive an email with your acknowledgement letter and tax receipt once your gift is submitted. If for some reason you do not receive this communication, contact us at fitfoundation@fitnyc.edu and provide your email address for a new receipt to be sent.
